Arriving in the next day or so, a limited number of two different veggie roasts.

From Big Mountain, we have their gluten and soy free stuffed roast complete with gravy.

From Field Roast we have their 1lb Celebration Roast, a seitan sage and garlic stuffed roast.

Both fully vegan. Both delicious!

Some days het a bit messy and it feels like everything is going sideways. We have a selection of healthy quick heat and serve meals in our freezer.

For example these pizzas from ILIOS - wood-fired pizza ready in minutes. We've brought a fair number of Ilios foods into the shop, the value and quality they are bringing to the table is excellent.

Always something new in our asian section

A few new items on the shelf in our latest asian foods delivery...

Organic natto - fermented soybeans. Some people have asked, and now we have an authentic, made in Japan, organic natto.

Dried shiitake mushrooms, because some of our friends are amazing cooks and make their own dashi and soups.

Black sesame seeds are vack in stock. One customer told me they help prevent the preying of hair
I dunno. But late for me. 🤣🤣 but they do add a nice flavour tou h to your meals.
