Check out these locations to get your fresh locally grown mushrooms!

This week we distributed Lion’s Mane, Black Oyster, Blue Oyster and Elm Oyster in a variety of mixed packs.

We are so happy to be supplying and supporting our local small businesses and building food security for our wonderful community!

What happens after the mushrooms are harvested?

Our spent substrate blocks don’t go to waste, they go right into the soil that grows you more local produce.

These blocks are packed with organic matter and nutrients that plants love. When added to gardens or fields, they help improve soil structure, increase water retention, and slowly release nutrients over time.

As we grow our little mushroom farm and connect with the community we find opportunities like this to focus on our values to support local food resiliency with a cyclical mindset.

That being said, we just dropped some Lions Mane .nostra.farm so stop by and pick up some locally grown produce!
