We just got another butcher appointment and able to offer 4 more quarters or 2 halves, ready for pickup or delivery third week of Dec.

It is fantastic Speckle Park Beef, pasture raised and grain finished. Guaranteed without the use of antibiotics or added growing hormones. Just be natural beef ! Butchered and packaged at a licenced facility.

$ 8.50 Ib hot hanging weight, aprox 300 Ibs on the half, cut and wrap included.
A quarter will be an equal mix of all parts of the animal, with good steaks, diffrent roast, stew, ground beef, ribs, brisket if wanted and soup bones. Ground Beef and stew is packed in 1.5 Ib.
If you by a half you can give orders to the butcher how you like it cut up, basic cuts are included.
