Crispy ginger beef poutine is a Canadian-fusion dish combining classic poutine with our homemade ginger beef. It features crispy fries topped with shredded mozzarella cheese, and crowned with crispy, deep-fried beef strips tossed in a sweet, savory, and tangy ginger-garlic sauce. The dish is garnished with julienned pickles carrots, seseame seeds and scallions.

Singapore noodles (often called Singapore mei fun) are a popular stir-fried noodle dish known for their bright yellow color and savory, mildly spiced flavor.
The dish is made with thin rice vermicelli noodles tossed in a fragrant curry-style seasoning, usually colored with turmeric. It commonly includes a mix of shrimp, char siu (barbecued pork), or chicken, along with scrambled egg, bean sprouts, bell peppers, onions, and green onions. Everything is quickly stir-fried in a hot wok, which gives the noodles a light smokiness and keeps the ingredients crisp.
