We are Eric and Lesley Schmalz and we are pleased to introduce Schmalz Farms located east of Prince Albert, SK. This is our dream…to raise animals and grow food in a sustainable, natural and delicious way. We are just starting our journey and hope you will join us and watch the dream become reality. We are committed to naturally producing food: without the use of chemicals, the way our forefathers

did when they first came to Saskatchewan. We would also like all our friends and family to support locally grown and raised food, and encourage all our customers to come and see how we raise our animals and grow your food.
