Our biltong is now resting before its final journey into the vacuum bags.

This resting period allows the moisture to equalize throughout each piece, giving you a more consistent texture and helping preserve the rich, traditional flavour.

Once it's rested, we carefully vacuum seal every piece to lock in that freshness—so it tastes just as good when you open it as it did in our drying room.

Patience makes better biltong, and we never rush the process. 🇿🇦🥩

🚚 Kitimat & Area Delivery – This Weekend (If There's Enough Interest!) 🇿🇦

Hi everyone in the Kitimat area!

If there's enough interest, we'll be making a delivery trip to Kitimat this weekend.

We have stock of most of our products, but biltong and droëwors are limited. We'll do our best to make sure everyone gets to enjoy some of our cured favourites.

We're also making a fresh batch of our popular all-beef Super Boerewors, and we have Kasegrillers and Skilpadjies available too!

If you'd like to place an order, please send us a message as soon as possible so we can prepare everything before the trip.

📍 A $10 delivery fee will be added to each order.
