One of our Wild Ridge regulars is finally back in stock — Spicy Chicken Bone Broth Powder!

We’ve been waiting (not so patiently 😂) for this year’s garden chili peppers to be ready so we could make a fresh batch of our homemade garden chili garlic sauce — and that meant it was finally time to bring this favourite back.

It starts with our homemade chicken bone broth, slow-simmered from our own farm-raised, free-range chickens, then loaded with fresh ginger, garlic and our garden chili garlic sauce. Soy and fish sauce add that deep, savoury umami richness, with a delicious warming kick of heat. 🌶️🧄

Freeze-dried and ready to stash in the pantry — add hot water for a cozy sipping broth, or use it for ramen, noodles, soups and sauces.

This one has been a labour of love, but SO worth it.

Our farm-grown garlic is slow roasted until rich, sweet and caramelized, then freeze-dried to lock in all that incredible roasted garlic flavour.

A little goes a LONG way. Crumble it straight into soups, sauces, pasta, mashed potatoes, compound butter, dips, marinades… basically anywhere you want that deep roasted garlic flavour without having to roast a whole head of garlic.

And because it’s freeze-dried, it’s shelf-stable and ready whenever you need it. 🙌

Mortgage Lifter - named after the guy who sold tomatoes on his land to pay off the mortgage. Not surprising when one tomato comes in at a whopping 1 pound 7 ounces!! They all mostly seem to be over a pound each (and very uniform). Too bad you can’t do that in today’s world 🤔 oh well, it’ll make phenemonal salsa!

🍅 Freshly Stocked — Garden Salsa! 🌶️

A farm favourite is back on the stand this morning! Our Medium Garden Salsa is made in small batches with loads of fresh garden produce — tomatoes, peppers, onions, garlic, jalapeños and herbs.

This recipe has been tweaked and perfected over the years, and it has easily become one of the most requested things we make. ❤️ Quantities will be limited, so grab a jar while it’s here!

🍍 We’re also restocking Pineapple Jalapeño Jelly in our little sample-size jars today, with larger jars coming later this week.

Each piece hand inspected. Organically grown over months, no pesticides, no herbicide. No unnatural fertilizers or growing methods. Straight from the earth as she intended. Exactly what your body craves and needs to maintain a healthy balance. Sometimes when you see a price, you can’t see all that went into it behind the scenes.
Prepping up some of our fresh garden garlic to turn into freeze dried roasted garlic. Each piece hand inspected (when you grow natural, bugs happen - don’t worry! We save these ones for ourselves as we don’t mind. We only provide the best to customers) before cutting. Roasting garlic and onion for the freeze drier is an extra step to most kitchens as the process becomes unique when you can’t use traditional oils (oils don’t freeze dry). A careful combo of water, heat, and covers are used which uses extra labour to monitor the roasting process. After cooling, they need to be carefully removed of any wrappers (which turns to paper ash in the drying process) and chopped and prefrozen. They’re then ready to freeze dry. Once complete, it’s as easy as tossing into your dish or dip! Fresh, organic, incredibly nutrient dense, bursting with roasted flavour and shelf stable for over twenty years. But common - we can’t keep this on our own shelf for longer than a few weeks! What would you use it for?

Woahhhhh! Super happy with my onions this year!! Pulled one for dinner early and had to weigh it. Walla Walla coming in at a whopping pound. And sooooo sweet 🤤 we ate pieces raw 🧅
