Haida Gwaii is a place of strength, resilience, and deep roots.
We recognize that harm has been done in this community - harm that has caused grief, anger, and heartbreak.
At Maude Island Farm, we believe it's our responsibility to stand alongside the people of Haida Gwaii, not just in words, but in actions.
Because of what has happened, we will no longer serve individuals connected to recent events - including those who contributed to the harm and those who defend or support these actions.
This decision comes from a place of deep respect for the people of this land and a commitment to supporting the healing that this community deserves.
