Fall is around the corner and we have pasture- raised, freshly processed, pork and chicken to fill your freezer!
Pork:
Total price includes cut, wrap and cure.
Whole pig $1380 (200 lbs hanging weight)
Half pig $690 (100 lbs hanging weight)
Hams, picnic roasts, bacon, pork chops, pork steaks, ground pork and jowls. Pork bones and fat if wanted. (3 lrg boxes pictured is a half- more if bones and fat wanted)
Pork and Chicken Sampler Box $300:
1 lrg ham (5-7 lbs)
2 pkg bacon (3 lbs)
4 pkg dinner sausage (6.5 lbs)
2 pkg pork chops (4 chops/pkg)
1 pkg pork steak (2/pkg)
2 whole chickens
Chickens:
Sleaves of whole chickens $150 (4-6/sleeve ends up $6/lb)
