It's that time of year again! Pasture raised chicken ready now and halves or whole pork available around mid August.

Sleeves of chickens $150: 5-6 chickens/sleeve. 25 lb total or above ($6/lb).

Whole pig $1380: includes all the usual cuts, cured hams and bacon. Will be approx 200lb hanging weight at butcher. Can do halves.
