73 quail hatched and counting. Put a few eggs that looked good, from that batch that hatched yesterday and overnight, in with the ones that are starting to hatch today. 39 chicken eggs in there and a few are starting to hatch!

Last Friday we had 4 Chantcler Partridge chicks, 10 Courtnix quail and 6 Welsh Harlequin ducks hatch. Last night we started 39 of our own chicken eggs and tonight we start 50+ of our own Courtnix quail. We also start making pickled eggs (chicken) tonight. For the next couple of weks, till an incubator is free, we will be making a lot of pickled eggs to sell at our arm stand (opening April 7th). Will also be using all quail eggs, after tonight, to make pickled eggs as well.
