Hello chef Michael here, back in the 80`s when I was ten years old my mom and I would walk to this small local pizza place and grab a slice of pizza, we would sit on the curb in the parking lot and enjoy it, as it was an awesome slice of pie. As I got a little older about thirteen years old I would go to his pizza parlor often, I got to know the owner, he was an awesome man! I would always watch him make his pizza pies while I was waiting for my slice. This inspired me at a young age to make a pizza pie as good as his! Some of my skills come from watching him make his pizza`s. I have since reached my goal years ago, and I have passed my goal as my pizza pies are far better that what he was making back in the day. Sadly this kind of quality and love that is put into every pizza pie is gone in the industry and has been replaced buy processed pizza making methods to lower cost`s and made by people that don`t care about what they are making. I am the only one that makes every pizza by hand with love and passion and dedication, I want to honor this pizza master from back in the day as he is now retired I would`nt have it another way, I will continue to make the best!
