Tonight for dinner we had charcoal grilled Chicken Souvlaki with a wet herb rub, basically a Greek chimichurri. Served on top of a rice pilaf and along side a Greek salad, even the olives. For a first crack, I think it turned out great, and very flavourful. And I love all the colour on the plate.

Another wild and crazy Friday night posting my noods on the interwebs.

Spicy Szechuan "noods" that is, paired with a perfectly grilled flatiron steak, seasoned with our very own Ranch House Beef spice blend. The best part is, this is legitimately a 30 minute meal. Big flavours and weeknight friendly.

Karlee decided to do a take on one of her favorite childhood meals. We had oven baked egg buns for dinner tonight, with a twist. Instead of the traditional S & P, she hit them with a generous dose of our Smoky AP seasoning blend to take the flavour to 11!

Looking for a relatively simple dinner that is sure to impress? Grilled huli huli chicken is a simple 7 ingredient marinade/sauce and a fast cook. Its always a winner. The Hawaiian rice is a delicious side, and all you have to do is throw the ingredients in your rice cooker and wait. Restaurant calibre food made at home, easily.

My first crack at a Ramen-type soup. Seared and braised boneless beef short rib, a perfectly done egg and nice chewy Udon noodles in a rich and flavourful broth with all kinds of veggies. For a first try, I'm going to give it an 8.5.

The beef was seasoned with our Ranch House Beef seasoning blend during the sear as well as in the braising liquid along with red chili flakes.

Not just a BBQ guy. Not just a BBQ seasoning.
