3 Bonded Miniature Horses Looking for Their Forever Home

We took these three miniature horses in two years ago from a couple who were moving into town and could no longer keep them. They have been together their entire lives, and I would love to see them stay together if possible. Maggie is Queenieā€™s mother, making their bond even more special.

I donā€™t have extensive history on them, but I will provide all the information I have.

Bitsy (Black Mare)

* Approximately 7 years old
* Halter broke
* Hooves trimmed every 8ā€“10 weeks
* Stands well for the farrier
* Can be a little difficult to catch initially
* Takes time to build trust, but once she does, she becomes much more approachable

Queenie (Brown Mare)

* Approximately 7 years old
* Halter broke
* Hooves trimmed every 8ā€“10 weeks
* Stands well for the farrier
* Friendly and very approachable
* Easy to catch

Maggie (Brown Mare)

* Approximately 10 years old
* Queenieā€™s mother
* Halter broke
* Hooves trimmed every 8ā€“10 weeks
* Stands well for the farrier
* Has foundered in the past and requires monitoring
* Can become stiff in her hind legs if left on fresh grass for extended periods
* Currently kept in a dry lot/dirt pen to help manage her grass intake
* As shown in the photos, her feet do show some signs of her previous founder

All three are sweet horses, and my goal is to find them a loving home where they can enjoy the rest of their lives together.

Located west of Eckville, Alberta.

Please message me if you have any questions or would like more information. šŸ“ā¤ļø

šŸ¤˜Higher quality, better flavor, and consistent texture in every package

With just a few stragglers still taking their sweet time, calving season is almost wrapped up! šŸ®

We got pretty lucky with the weather this year, canā€™t complain about that. ā˜€ļø It definitely makes those long days (and nights) a bit easier.

The fields are filling up with wobbly legs, full bellies, and a whole lot of personality šŸ¤  Nothing beats seeing healthy calves and their mommas doing well.

Hereā€™s to another season doneā€¦ and hopefully a little more sleep coming soon šŸ˜…
