BAKIT INIIWASAN KO ANG SWIMMING POOL? NILALAGYAN KASI ITO NG MARAMING CHLORINE PARA MA-DISINFECT DAHIL SA TAE O F***L FORMATION AT IBA PANG GERMS. Hindi naman maganda sa kalusugan ang chlorine at lalo na ang lumangoy ka sa tae..kaya paminsan-minsan lang kung lumangoy dito, at least na-experience nilang mag swimming pool. Pros & con ng swimming pool.

PAMPALAKI NG PW*TAN. Ito ang magandang exercise para maging firm at well-developed ang inyong glutes. Sa mga gusto ng magandang hubog ng likuran, para hindi saggy at may hugis pa ang glutes, isa ito sa magandang gawing exercise!

Kahit anong hirap, don’t give up on your dreams.

Registered Nurse ako sa Pinas. Nagtrabaho as RN sa Saudi, tapos nakapuntang Canada as caregiver. Ginusto kong maging RN din dito sa Canada pagdating ko pa lang kaso hindi ganon kadali. Hanggang sa naging priority na ang pamilya at magkaron ng anak.

Pero kahit na may anak na, ginusto ko pa rin talagang makabalik sa pagiging nurse. Yun yong alam ko at gusto kong profession. Hindi ganon kadali na mag-aral habang nagna-nanay at nagtatrabaho pero kakayanin naman pala, with God’s grace..basta determinado ka.

Malayo na rin ang narating, pero kakasimula pa lang uli magbalik sa trabaho kaya malayo pa ang lalakbayin.

DEER ON MY WAY TO WORK! Kahit gaano ka busy sa buhay, wag kalimutan - STOP, LOOK, & LISTEN. Life is short, kahit gaano man tayo ka busy sa trabaho, pamilya at kung anu-ano pa, hanapan natin ng oras ang sarili na ma-relax. Take time to enjoy little moments. Don’t forget to breathe!
