not only do we offer full catered main meals, but we have a wide variety of appetizer options for your events aswell!

Last nights lineup included,
-Fresh fruit and veggie trays
-Cracker trays with cube cheese pieces, three types of mixed pickles, hot banana peppers and correlating hot mustards and red pepper jelly
-Smoked spinach dip with a cheese baked top
-Warmed pita bed with medallion baguette pieces
-Smoked buffalo chicken bake with cheese topper
-Honey BBQ pulled pork sliders
-Smoked Italian and sweet chili mini meatballs
