It's a little chilly today, but I have great faith that it will warm up! There is great coffee, good baking, beautiful flowers, fresh produce and eggs, you name it!
Oh! And I almost forgot. There's cinnamon buns!
These ones are fresh out of the oven this morning at the wee hours of the day, so I'm excited to have them find a home in your stomach!

Come on out, brave the weather, grab a coffee and walk around the market and you just might find something you like!

Presently at the market Friday At The Park Market !
There are some yummy veggies, fruits, beautiful farm grown flowers, some cool t-shirts and some fancy candies! Oh! And jerk chicken on top of some nacho chips...

And of course, there's Bea's Buns!!

Like I do at the end of every weekend, I let my followers know that there are some pans of buns left over.

I really would love to offer the freshest and finest of the buns, so if you're thinking that you missed the market or you're just looking for something sweet for the week to munch on, let me know!

At Capstone Market in Red Deer Alberta, there is a food truck war going on! Come on down and see all of the food trucks and take a walk through the market! We're open until 8:00 p.m.

I will be at the market in the home church parking lot in Red Deer Alberta, on Friday, and you'll be able to see the information below in the comments.

I will also be at the Red Deer Polytechnic parking lot at the original Market in Red Deer, on Saturday! That runs from 8:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.
