My beef brisket is cut up into cubes and slow cooked for 16 hours in Mexican chili's and Mexican spices.
Each tortilla is gluten free as well.
Each taco is made indigenously 😏
I dip the tortilla in the broth and fry each side, adding mozzarella, shredded beef, onion and cilantro. I fold and fry each side to its crispy perfection 👌
