Microgreens are very nutrient dense, immature shoots of vegetables, typically picked after the first true leaves start to develop. We harvest every Friday and deliver Saturday’s, within 24hrs of harvest, to keep our products as fresh as possible for our clients. We have a fridge!!

This will make it super easy for those of you that miss out on placing an order with us to still be able to pop to grab some greens for your week!!

We will post in our stories by Saturday morning to let those of you interested in grabbing some know what we will have available that week.

We will also be utilizing the fridge for all our pickup orders, so no more coolers, yay!!

Happy Friday!! ☀️

We hope everyone had a wonderful Easter! 🐣

On Sunday morning, I threw on my Easter Bunny costume and popped into Fresh & Sweet to spread a little Easter joy with the staff and customers. 🐰
Then we wrapped up the day with a beautiful Easter supper with family. 💛
