I am going to miss ! I had so much fun there this summer.

To me, the best thing this business has brought me (apart from fulfilling my dream) is all the people I got to meet! And I am really going to miss chatting with all the familiar faces 🥲

People often ask if I am already sick of making or eating the pancakes.. and my answer is always no! Everytime we are in the kitchen, they smell and taste just as good to me as the first time we made them. I am definitely going to miss this.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT 📢

As some of you may already know, we love climbing.. and all our trips are about climbing (and eating).. so the time has finally come, we are moving from Regina to somewhere slightly closer to the mountains!!

While we are really excited about this, unfortunately it means that Fluffy As Fluff's journey in Regina is coming to an end. This will be our last three weeks! So make sure you order all the fluffs you can before they are gone..!!

Fluffy sandwiches are finally in Regina!!

While some started sourdough baking and others started beer brewing at home during this pandemic, we started souffle pancaking!

First, we perfected the recipe for the pancakes until they turned out so airy and fluffy it feels like eating clouds. Then, we decided to go a step further and started pairing them with different variations of home-made cream. Dozens of pancakes later, we finally got the perfect combination. And that my friends is how our fluffy sandwiches were born!
