Here is a look at what came in this week and find out who is sampling tomorrow at the market 👇

✨ spices, seasonings and rolled oats are all stocked up!! Make sure you grab a free sample at the counter!
✨ lettuce 🌱
✨ stocked us up on cucumbers, tomatoes and peppers ! We are loving the fresh produce!!
✨ Everyone’s favorite La Cocina chips!
✨ We received a delivery from stocking us up plus adding in 3 NEW protein snacks

We are loving this spring weather now that it finally decided to act like spring!! Also loving getting restocked on so many of our local favourites !!

Here is what came in this week :
✨ Cheang’s Sinofood - if you are looking for a great haat and eat option for lunch or supper these are a must try ! Cheang also brought in their sauces.
✨ pizza and pasta restock as well as their famous baguettes and pizza crust
✨ .bio these products are so popular and make great gift ideas.
✨ KOKO Patisserie….if you know .... you know how tasty these treats are 😋
✨ .greens …have you tried some of their new products : Rosemary Garlic Salt, Maple Garlic Sugar, Maple Jalapeno Garlic !
✨ peppers and tomatoes 🍅. Loving the fresh produce coming in!
✨ Kalso Sourdough Pasta ….we love this pasta!
✨ fresh lettuce was delivered today!
✨ and .baker weekly delivery! They will both be delivering Tuesday and Fridays!

This Sunday is our Mother’s Day Boutique Fashion Show and Market ! We just have 5 tickets left!!!! Link to purchase tickets is in the bio.

The Market will be open to the public from 2:00-4:00 after the private shopping party…there is a great lineup of Boutiques 🛍️

🌱Small but mighty!

They might not look like much, but these greens are a nutritional powerhouse! Microgreens contain higher concentrations of nutrients compared to their mature counterparts. They are rich in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, AND flavour!!

Some ways to use them:
🌱On sandwiches or salads
🌱Blended into soups or smoothies
🌱As a garnish on just about anything!

These micros come from from Regina!
We currently have radish, sunflower, arugula, peas, and mild mix (crimson clover, broccoli raab, purple kohlrabi).

Eat your greens!!! 😊
