Big leadership news at Queen City Distillers. ✨

We’re thrilled to welcome Trevor Brodie, Senior Director of Hospitality, and Ritu Shah‑Burnham, Director of Food & Beverage — two exceptional hospitality leaders who have relocated to Regina to join us as we build a seven‑experience destination unlike anything in the Prairies.

👏 Trevor brings over two decades of experience leading high‑performing, multi‑venue operations across Canada. His expertise in large‑scale hospitality, guest experience design, and team leadership will shape the operational heartbeat of our entire destination.

👏 Ritu brings more than 15 years of culinary and beverage leadership across fine dining, luxury hotels, and multi‑unit restaurant groups in the U.S. Her ability to build elevated programs, lead diverse teams, and craft distinctive dining experiences will define the culinary identity of each space within Queen City Distillers.

Their decision to move to Regina speaks to the ambition of what we’re building: a bold, multi‑experience destination that brings together craft, culinary innovation, and immersive entertainment under one roof.

We’re excited to welcome two exceptional leaders to Queen City Distillers.

👋 Robert Walsh, Operations Manager & Master Brewmaster, brings 30 years of award-winning brewing experience to our distilling and brewing floor. Robert was most recently the Brewmaster at Brewsters Brewing Company and also spent time as Head Brewer at Whistler Brewing Company.

👋 Kiran Shrestha, Master Distiller, joins us with more than a decade of distilling leadership experience and a passion for building world-class spirits including 12 years at Old Montreal (Sazerac) Distillery where he served as Lead Distiller.

📍Both Robert and Kiran have relocated to Regina and are now proudly calling the Queen City home.

Together, they’ll craft a lineup that celebrates Saskatchewan’s heritage and hardworking roots.

Two masters. One mission: distilling the prairie spirit. 🌾🥃🍺
