A project as ambitious as Queen City Distillers is about more than construction, it's about people.

As we move closer to opening, we're proud to introduce the newest addition of leaders helping shape Saskatchewan's future entertainment destination.

Some have built careers around the world. Others have spent years helping shape Saskatchewan's hospitality, culinary and entertainment industries.

Collectively, they bring experience from Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, luxury hospitality destinations across the Maldives and Saudi Arabia, the Gordon Ramsay restaurant group, world-class w**e regions, major entertainment events and some of the hospitality industry's most respected brands.

A roof coming down. A vision coming to life. 👀🏗️

One of the biggest milestones in the transformation of our building is officially underway as we make room for something entirely new, a second floor.

The additional space will help accommodate several of the experiences planned for Queen City Distillers, including a live music venue, restaurant, sports bar, speakeasy, premium w**e & spirits bar and liquor store.

What might look like a roof coming down is actually the next step in bringing our vision to life. Every day, the transformation continues as Regina's newest entertainment destination takes shape.

Big leadership news at Queen City Distillers. ✨

We’re thrilled to welcome Trevor Brodie, Senior Director of Hospitality, and Ritu Shah‑Burnham, Director of Food & Beverage — two exceptional hospitality leaders who have relocated to Regina to join us as we build a seven‑experience destination unlike anything in the Prairies.

👏 Trevor brings over two decades of experience leading high‑performing, multi‑venue operations across Canada. His expertise in large‑scale hospitality, guest experience design, and team leadership will shape the operational heartbeat of our entire destination.

👏 Ritu brings more than 15 years of culinary and beverage leadership across fine dining, luxury hotels, and multi‑unit restaurant groups in the U.S. Her ability to build elevated programs, lead diverse teams, and craft distinctive dining experiences will define the culinary identity of each space within Queen City Distillers.

Their decision to move to Regina speaks to the ambition of what we’re building: a bold, multi‑experience destination that brings together craft, culinary innovation, and immersive entertainment under one roof.
