Reminder we will be closing a little earlier today, at 3pm, for our Thanksgiving with our family!

Available apples and what they're best for:
🍎 Spartan - Crisp, sweet and juicy! Perfect for fresh snacking and lunchboxes.
🍎 Red Crab - Tart and tangy, great for adding a little zing to homemade apple c***r, sauces and preserves.
🍎 Cortland - A fantastic all-purpose apple! Great for pies, crisps, applesauce and fresh eating. They also stay nice and white when cut, making them perfect for fruit trays!
🍎 McIntosh - Soft, juicy and sweet-tart! Perfect for applesauce, apple butter, c***r and baking into delicious pies and crisps. ❤️

Available Apples:
🍎 Spartan (AVAILABLE Saturday)- bright crimson colour, and very white flesh. This is an excellent baking apple, as it holds its shape and sweetness. These are a smaller apple
🍎Red Cortland - the flesh doesn't brown quickly, so it can be used for platters and salads. This is a sweet/tart apple, and on the softer side. This is a good "all-purpose" apple.
🍎Mcintosh - a softer apple, and therefore breaks down quickly and requires shorter cooking times than other apples.
🍎 Honey Crisp - best for fresh, raw snacking with their crunch and high juiciness.

which also freeze very well!
