Unfortunately I will have to close orders again this week as we have been very busy moving into our new home.

A simple rule that shouldn't be missed ⬇️

Mixing your sourdough starter into water until it becomes a milky, bubbly liquid before adding flour helps evenly distribute the yeast and bacteria and ensures the starter is active 💥

This is a simple rule but makes a big difference in the quality of your loaves!
