Come grab a pint of Loamer, our dark ale! We even canned some so you can take a few home with you.

Today we are dry-hopping the next batch of Golden Hour IPA. As part of that process, we drop yeast out of the bottom of the tank. This does a couple things: a) makes kegging easier later on, and b) rouses less yeast when we push CO2 whilst adding the hops, so clarification happens faster. The reason we push CO2 whilst adding hops is to reduce the introduction of oxygen to the fermented b**r. 🍻

Brew day today! We are making a batch of Golden Hour because we got busy at the end of August and didn't make it then. 🤷‍♀️
Tuesday the 15th we are doing hot dogs. 🌭
Thursday we may be doing a thing, not 100% sure what's going on there.
Sunday the 20th we're closing out REVELSTOKE BIKE FEST with a little Locals Day action - 15% off if you live in Revelstoke!
Next week, look for a change in hours as we slip past the Equinox and into Autumn. 🍁🍂

It has been a while since we've been out for a stroll! We would like to extend a warm welcome to the Little Bear Soccer Tournament this weekend, and we are really looking forward to Bike Fest next week! We're going to put together something for Locals Day on Sept 20 - more to come on that...
