Next to Vosne-Romanée and Nuits-Saint-Georges, between Dijon and Beaune, Domaine de Montmain is located in the small picturesque village of Villars-Fontaine. Family Farming organically Domaine de Montmain produces local wines expressing the purity of its climates. Each plot is vinified in small adapted vats and worked in accordance with Burgundy traditions.
Harvesting is always done manually with experienced teams. Anxious to harvest ripe and healthy grapes, we carry out a first sorting in the vineyard then a second on a vibrating table.

Located in the heart of Yonne, this family-run estate has been carrying on a winemaking tradition since 1858. For nearly two centuries, it has been passed down from one generation to the next, ensuring a unique expertise and an authentic passion for the vine.
The wine cellar was built in this lovely village of Saint-Bris Le Vineux, a village located next to Chablis.

The Gál Tibor Winery is one of the leading wineries in the Eger wine region. The winery was founded in 1993 by Gál Tibor Sr. In 1989, Gál Tibor was working as a supervising winemaker for Egervin when he was offered a chance to work for Ornellaia in Tuscany. He moved his family to Tuscany and worked his way up to head winemaker at the estate. In 1992, he returned home to Eger to start his own winery. In the years that followed, he developed the winery while continuing to work as an international consultant until his untimely death in South Africa in 2005. The family took over the winery, and the management of the winery passed to his son Gál Tibor Jr.

Of the winery today, Tibor Jr. says, “Our main objective is to give a new life to the wine culture and traditions by incorporating the most modern of viticulture technologies. Gál Tibor Sr. was the first person in Eger who realized the importance of terroir-based viticulture, and based on his experiences chose the best rootstocks and clones for our vineyards. Our aim is to bring back the good reputation of the Egri Bikavér (Bull’s Blood of Eger) and build up the fame of our newcomer white called the Egri Csillag (Star of Eger). Our 40 hectares are comprised of brilliant slopes, and in them we observe yield regulation and vineyard control to ensure excellent grape quality. Our contemporary wines are characterized by their own style.”

Like in our family life, these values are our bases to develop and make known our estate. This includes simple but essential things like our decision of an organic vine-growing.
This culture is certainly more demanding than conventional one. We must be much more attentive to health and work of the soils, vine needs and climatic conditions, etc.
Each action should be well-thought out in order to be carried out effectively, while respecting the specificities of each .

Azienda Agricola Innocenti is located in Montalcino, in the Citille di Sotto area, situated on a hill, 350 meters above sea level, with well exposed land to the south, and is run directly by the brothers Gianni and Massimo Innocenti.
In a setting of rare beauty, the Farm Innocenti grows 8 hectares of vineyards on gentle hills at 350m s.l.m. and about 1000 olive trees on 4 hectares. All the plants are made in full respect of the ecosystem, to which they integrate perfectly without altering its natural balance.
