That beautiful bitterness is exactly what makes bitter melon so special! 🌿✨

🥢 Easy Bitter Melon & Beef Stir-Fry

Slice bitter melon thinly, then stir-fry with sliced beef, garlic, and a splash of soy sauce. Add a little oyster sauce and a touch of sugar to balance the bitterness. 🔥🥩

The result? Tender, savory, slightly sweet, and seriously delicious! 🤤
