Big thanks to The Fowl Farmer crew for hosting us for a demo day.

Just off the Knight St bridge (a few minutes east of IKEA) and you’re on a whole other side of Richmond. Cows in the barn, cranberries in the fields, flocks of birds overhead. Inside, the warmest staff and a steady stream of regulars popping in for eggs, chicken, and a stash of local snacks and treats. It’s the kind of place where everyone comes in knowing what they came for, and leaves with a little extra.

Your dumpling auntie and uncle are back on sampling lady duty!

Fall means crisp mornings and cozy dinners in. If you're looking to stock up, come meet us this weekend!

This Saturday we’re hanging out at The Fowl Farmer, a family-run farm market right on their farm in Richmond. We’ll have every one of our dumpling flavours out for sampling, so come say hi and try a few!

Chicken is their specialty (heart eyes from Dickson), but there’s so much more to grab while you’re there. Fresh produce, grass-fed beef from Abbotsford, BC bison, handmade pasta from , Island Farms ice cream, milk, free-range eggs from .

Plus, the shelves are lined with local artisanal sauces, chocolate bars, soup mixes, perogies, samosas, chutneys... and now us!

A look back at summer season ‘26 before we put the shorts away. From meeting folks in Victoria to the spot prawn dumps at Fisherman’s Wharf, walking food tours and baby showers, dumpling-making workshops and street-side dumplings, time and time again y’all show up and make life in these parts so much more fun.
