Highlights: Celebrate your “Inner Harvest” with all-levels Yoga & Dance with Vickie, Kirtan with Karyn, and a soothing Sound Bath with Denise.

The challenges of running two farm markets at the same time, especially in the rain, remind us what Kassa Farm is really about. It’s the resilience of a community on a mission to bring healthy, fresh, locally grown produce to our neighbours while creating meaningful connections to the land through local community events.💚
