Yesterday was Carménère day. The famous grape varietal in Chilli.
Emiliana Adobe Organic Carmenere at your NB liquor store in Campbellton is one to definitely have in your wine cellar before the end of 2023! Only 17 bottles left as of today, 15.99$. Also it is an amazing Christmas gift to give to a great friend or family member who is always looking for the right bottle.

Blinis are so fun to make and are such a perfect match for Caviar and also Smoked Salmon. At Bistrot Le Pichet we make them very tender for our clients when they pre-order Caviar and Blinis with a shot of Vodka for a real Christmas Treat with their friends and family!
