Our farm shop is open today and every day 10-4. Yes we have pumpkins of all shapes and sizes. Thanksgiving weekend plans, we are open Saturday but closed Sunday and Monday. This Saturday is the last day for the visitor barn. Shop returns to regular hours on Tuesday Oct.13, open daily 10-4

Due to popular demand we have more chickens and they are laying lots of eggs but we are running out of egg boxes.If you have extras kicking around they would be appreciated . Drop them off at the farm shop. Thank you!🐔🥚🍳

It is a beautiful fall day, a good day for a trip to River John. Shop and visitor barn are open 10-4 every day ( visitor barn closes for the season Oct.10th). Heading to Lunenburg market Thursday morning with our sheepskin products including bicycle seat covers and insoles ( colder days are around the corner!!). We will have blankets, yarn and more. This upcoming Sunday would traditionally be OPEN FARM DAY but the province has decided to discontinue this event However...our farm is open and welcoming visitors. The Visitor barn is open until Thanksgiving with some big lambs , a barn cat and a wool and crop display. Some of our chickens can be seen in their outdoor area and you may even catch a glimpse of our Lowline Angus cows. There are still zinnia flowers for picking or you may pick up a pumpkin for your fall display.
