If you haven’t stopped in to visit this Sunday market you’re missing out on one of the sweetest gems of pictou county!

The kindest folks you’ll find and many familiar faces from the larger markets are tucked into a small gathering. Many times offering breakfast fundraisers and the sweetest nook to enjoy some morning brew! All within view of the beautiful Merigomish harbour. 🩵 💙 🌊

Today was a whirlwind. It was a great market 🌸❤️. Thanks to the vendors and customers. JasAnn was very busy with crab rolls. Sorry to the two ladies who waited patiently because we are a little scatter brained.

School Snack Drive, Next Wednesday!

This time, we’re asking YOU to bring food to the market!

Wednesday, August 19th, we’re teaming up with SchoolsPlus to support students at our local schools to start their year off right.

We’ll have a school bus box at the market, and our goal is to fill it with non-perishable lunchbox and snack items for local students.

Think granola bars, crackers, applesauce, dried fruit, oatmeal, cookies, juice boxes and other easy-to-pack snacks. Nut-free options are especially appreciated!

And to make the evening even better, Pictou Countys Rock Station 97.9 will be joining us and playing the tunes!

Bring an item (or a few!) to add to our "bus", then stick around and shop from our amazing local vendors.

The blueberry crumble muffins are finally here and they are giant! Packed full of wild blueberries and just the perfect balance of sweet tang.

4 packs available today at the Pictou Farmers Market from 4-7pm! We will also have our fresh pressed lemonade to help cool you down while you shop and spray free high bush blueberries. It’s going to be a beautiful evening and we can’t wait to see you all!
