Congratulations to the Chilco Ranch-Miller Ranches from British Columbia who was awarded the National TESA award this week at the Canadian Beef Industry Conference in Winnipeg!

We may have not have won the big hardware, but after speaking to all the regional representatives, you come to realize that we are all winners in providing an environmentally healthy life for our families and our livestock.

It is because of the innovative practices that these producers are doing everyday, that all Canadians can be proud that there are so many producers in our country that are dedicated to the protection of our environment.

Thanks to MNP for your sponsorship of the TESA program a the Canadian Cattle Association for your promotion and dedication to this wonder program!

Had a great round up yesterday. This 11 year old is going to be an incredible roper by the time he’s 16! Great job Rory!

Today, we welcomed our second 4H visitor from Japan. She came out to see the cattle and watched as they moved paddocks. She even got to pet a three day old calf.
