A friend recently asked if I ever heard of a Lucet Fork. Well, I had forgotten about them, but I HAD made one a few years ago; I sold it to a man who wanted it for his daughter….and what a great way to get somebody off the iPad and into creating and learning something different. So, I’m on a roll. Today, I have one in arbutus and one in rosewood. To be continued….

Oh, how my hands and arm ache! This ambrosia maple dish is 10”, and finished with my favorite natural tung oil. Think I’ll take a day off!

Lovely green maple, so nice to work with; generally the wood I use is seasoned, dry, and hard on hands and tools. I hadn’t done any kolrosing, for ages, so here is a very simple example, with coffee.
