I regretfully write to inform all our friends and family, that Lewis’ condition has taken a turn for the worse.

He is currently in palliative care,
in Grand Forks, room 16,
& is accepting visitors & phone calls during daytime hours.

As those whom truly knew him know,
he has always been a social, funny guy, who delighted in the company of his real friends.
Through all his hardships,
he has been a true WarriOrr.

The veil is thin,
and he is more then ready
to join his Creator.
