🌽 Say hello to Corn Maize, our New Mexican Style Lager.

This one’s a collab with our friends at The Tortilla Maker of Canada . The secret ingredient: nixtamalized corn. It’s an ancient process where the corn is soaked in an alkaline solution to unlock floral, earthy depths - the very same method they use to make their incredible
tortillas.

We dropped it into our lager and the result was phenomenal: a beautiful malty breadiness wrapped in a gorgeous bouquet of tortilla aromas. Crisp, light, and 4.4%, it’s everything a Mexican lager should be, with a twist you’ve never tasted.

Who knew brewing with corn could be so a-maize-ing?

Une collaboration avec nos amis de Tortilla Maker. L’ingrédient secret: du maïs nixtamalisé. C’est un procédé ancestral où le maïs est trempé dans une solution alcaline pour révéler des profondeurs florales et terreuses - la même méthode qu’ils utilisent pour
faire leurs délicieuses tortillas.

On l’a ajouté à notre lager et le résultat était phénoménal: une belle rondeur maltée et pain frais, avec un superbe bouquet d’arômes de tortilla. Croquante, légère et titrant 4,4 %, elle a tout d’une vraie lager mexicaine, avec une touche unique.

Qui aurait cru que brasser avec du maïs pouvait être aussi épi-que?
