Hot "Honey", this sweet and spicy condiment is a much needed addition in ANY kitchen. With no real honey in this recipe vegans and non vegans a like can enjoy this jar of goodness.

Accidentally grew a giant cucumber, or saving seeds on purpose? Don't skip this crucial step for guaranteed germination next spring! 🥒✨
​Fermenting your seeds breaks down the gel coating that stops them from sprouting inside the fruit. Once the gel is gone:
• Floaters = Duds (Scoop 'em out into the compost!)
• Sinkers = Keepers (Dense, healthy seeds ready to grow!)
​Rinse, dry thoroughly, and store for next season.
​Bonus Fun Fact: If you’ve ever found sprouted seeds inside a tomato 🍅, it means the tomato got so overripe it started fermenting itself and triggered early germination!
