Mathey Farms has two grass finished steers up for sale this year. They will be going for butchering next week.

Deposits and cut sheets are due Monday, August 31, 2026. First-come first serve. Available in whole, half, or quarter. $8/lb hanging weight plus butcher fees, so you can get the cuts that you want, including sausage and beef jerky. Yummy!

Please e-transfer your deposit and email for your cut sheet by Monday, August 31, 2026.

We have two grass finished steers available this year. Located outside of Rocky Mountain House. Delivery included within a 2 hour radius for whole or halves.

Please remember to leave your dogs at home. Many farms like our have working dogs that can be very protective of land and livestock.

Come see us for Open Farms Days.
Saturday and Sunday, August 15 &16. 10-5pm
We will have wagon pasture tours, baby animals in the barn, kids crafts, and smokies and snacks. Chickens, pigs, sheep, cows, kittens, and ducks. The kids will be thrilled and we will talk about how local food and regenerative farming can help with human health, soil health and animal health.
Our store will be open as well.

We will have 2 grass finished beef up for grabs this fall. Booked in for processing Sept 1, 26. $8/lb hanging weight plus your butcher fees. (Approximately 750-900lb hanging) Deposits needed. Full beef $1500 deposit and that on delivery. $750 deposit 1/2 beef and $500 deposit 1/4 beef.Email [email protected] for cut sheet. Deposit needed to secure your order.
