Well the week is finally over... almost. We got through what was definitely our most craziest week of catering. Huge shout out to our amazing staff for stepping up and grinding right through until the end, while still keeping the shelves full, they were able to provide meals for at least 700 people. Glenna made so much Dill pickle salad she ran away for two weeks. A well earned holiday.

Its a beautiful day for a bbq and boy do we have it covered. We have fresh seasoned back ribs, seasoned button bones, pork tenderloin, chops, lots of kabobs, seasoned drumsticks, fresh sausage and of course a mountain of burgers. So far in May we have made about 9,000 burgers and well over 2000lbs of meat sticks. Summers just heating up.
