Mountain Nugget Chocolate is heartbroken to inform our customers and community that, due to a fire at our location in Rossland, we will be suspending operations for the immediate future.
As we process this unfortunate situation and navigate the path forward, we are very grateful to report that there were no injuries. To the first responders who were on the scene within minutes of the fire being reported, thank you for your dedication and swift action.
To everyone who has reached out, sent messages, or offered support—your kindness has been overwhelming. To our business neighbours who were also affected, our thoughts are with you as your businesses recover from this difficult situation.
And finally, to our customers who have faithfully supported us over the past 15 years: every hard-earned dollar you chose to spend in our little shop has allowed us to grow, to be part of this community, and to share in your life’s celebrations and events. Your continued support has made it possible for us to raise our families in this incredible place, and for that, we are deeply grateful.
