🍇 Introducing our latest small-batch ex-b**riment. 🫐

Now available at our taproom & Wasted Day Brewing

This limited-release fruited & dry-hopped kettle sour brings together bold dark fruit and complex hop character in one seriously unique b**r.

We started with a kettle sour dry-hopped with two of our favourite hops, Talus & Mosaic, before aging it on black currant and blueberries.

The first sip hits with a sharp burst of bright acidity, quickly giving way to a rich, velvety wave of tart black currant and jammy blueberry. As the berry character settles in, Talus & Mosaic take the lead, cutting through the dark fruit with layers of juicy, tropical sweetness.

A little tart. A little juicy. A whole lot of character.

Only a few hundred litres brewed, so once it’s gone, it’s gone.. 🍻

Another Fresh release is on the shelves across New Brunswick - our 2026 version of Simcoe Cryo Fresh Hop. We used the same malt and yeast base but have packed this years version with Simcoe T90, Simcoe Cryo Fresh Hop and Simcoe Hyperboost 🍻

Available now Alcool NB Liquor - this is a one and done b**r until next hop harvest season. Cheers‼️

MOSAIC CRYO FRESH HOPS: THE NEXT CHAPTER IN FRESHNESS ‼️

Straight from the Pacific Northwest to New Brunswick. Our friends at Yakima Chief Hops harvested fresh Mosaic hop cones at peak ripeness, immediately flash-freezing them to lock in their delicate aromas. They processed them using patented cryogenic technology to isolate the pure, concentrated lupulin. 💣

Rushed to us on dry ice, we dry-hopped with them while still frozen—moving that raw, un-kilned vineyard freshness directly into our tanks. Brewed exclusively with a heavy-hitting trifecta of Mosaic Cryo, Mosaic Cryo Fresh, and Mosaic HyperBoost for a bold explosion of complex berry, vibrant citrus, and juicy stone fruit flavours. 🍓🍊🍑🥭
