We are so proud to introduce Sadie's Sausage as our June Feature — a very special limited edition from the Irvings Farm Fresh kitchen, and one that is close to our hearts in every possible way.

Some recipes are made with more than just ingredients. Sadie is Alan's mother, a woman he lost far too young. Creating a product in her honour felt like the most meaningful way we could keep her close — and somewhere along the way, this recipe found us in the most wonderful and unexpected of ways.

Crafted with prime pork, fresh leeks, sweet pimento peppers, and thanksgiving herbs, Sadie's Sausage is warm, comforting, and full of heart — just as she was.
We hope you love her as much as we do. 🌿
