Because this weekend, we’re serving you Phở’s cousin.

BUN BO HUE (lemongrass beef soup).

If you’ve never had BBH, think of all the things you love about Pho and then increase them by 10. BBH is Pho’s hotter, younger and sexier cousin. They share the same general bones: pipping hot flavourful stock, slippery noodles, sliced of tender beef, and fresh herbs to punch it up. But, while Pho is made with just beef, BBH is made with beef and gental a mount of pork, as well as herbaceous lemongrass and a the sate that turns the whole soup a gorgeous golden colour.
