Asian-Style Lamb Chops with Coconut Risotto. Years ago this dish changed my mind about lamb. An unexpected flavour profile with fish sauce, lime, ginger, Thai pepper & mint it is so flavourful and craveable.

Pumpkin Pie Spice, the quintessential autumn spice blend. Not just for pies and lattés, this blend of warm spices is perfect for savoury dishes too. Like this creamy, comforting bowl of Sweet Potato Soup garnished with crispy onions.

Lemon Posset. Made with just three ingredients, this simple chilled dessert is a definite go to any time of the year. A smooth, creamy custard-like dessert without needing eggs or gelatin. All you need is heavy cream, sugar, a lemon, and less than 10 minutes on the stovetop. It sets up overnight in the fridge which makes it a perfect make-ahead dessert. Can also be made with orange or lime. Top with fruit, nuts or even granola. Pairs nicely with shortbread.

Thank you for introducing this to me at JPL Xmas in Nov 2022.

This one's for the garlic lovers. Gambas al Ajillo is a classic Spanish tapas dish of shrimp swimming in a garlicky olive oil sauce. This version includes chipotle chili flakes and a splash of white wine. This dish is garnished with parsley, manzanilla olives & Spanish smoked paprika. Served with a grilled lemon slice and some crusty bread to sop up all the flavourful sauce.
