Une étape importante franchie chez Aliments Asta!
La semaine dernière, nous avons officiellement complété l'implantation de notre nouveau système informatique de gestion (ERP). Cela représente un projet de 5 ans de développement et une avancée significative pour notre organisation.
Cette transition a nécessité des ajustements importants, tant dans nos opérations d'usine que dans nos opérations administratives. Grâce à l'engagement et au professionnalisme de toute notre équipe, ce déploiement s'est réalisé avec succès.
Ce nouveau système s'inscrit dans la démarche d'amélioration continue d'Aliments Asta, avec pour objectif d'optimiser nos procédés, de renforcer notre efficacité opérationnelle au quotidien et de poursuivre notre vision d'innovation.

A major milestone reached at Aliments Asta!
Last week, we officially completed the implementation of our new enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. This represents a 5-year development project and a significant step forward for our organization.
This transition required major adjustments, both in our plant operations and our administrative operations. Thanks to the dedication and professionalism of our entire team, this deployment was carried out successfully.
This new system is part of Aliments Asta's continuous improvement approach, with the goal of optimizing our processes, strengthening our day-to-day operational efficiency, and advancing our vision of innovation.
