We know many of you will be thrilled to see Merrits Wheat on the taps again. Named after Sir William Hamilton Merritt who was the driving force behind the Welland Canal. Merritt helped transform St. Catharines into a thriving hub for trade, industry, and growth, leaving a legacy that can still be felt throughout Niagara today.

Did you know that each of our beers honours a pivotal piece of our region's history? We'll be re-introducing them over the next few weeks to remind everyone how incredible Niagara is!

Our new Citra SMASH is proof that sometimes less really is more!

Using only Citra hops gave us a chance to let its bright citrus and tropical fruit notes fully shine, while the simple malt bill keeps the beer crisp, clean, and easy drinking. Expect aromas of grapefruit, mango, and lime with a smooth bitterness that lingers just enough to keep you coming back for another sip.
