After escaping enslavement, she made North Street in St. Catharines her home, opening her doors to those seeking freedom while becoming a powerful advocate for justice and equality.

Inspired by her remarkable strength and compassion, our Brewmaster crafted a lager that's timeless and bursting with character. If you're heading out for a pint, there's no need to leave your four-legged sidekick at home. Bring them along, relax on the patio, and enjoy a cold craft beer while they soak up the sights and smells just like Mudflap here.

A nod to one of Niagara's greatest leaders.

Bold, balanced, and full of character, Sir Isaac's Pale Ale pays tribute to Major General Sir Isaac Brock. His leadership, courage, and sacrifice helped defend Upper Canada from the Americans during the War of 1812.

Just like its namesake, this beer makes a strong first impression. Our Brewmaster drew inspiration from Brock's bravery, integreity and commanding prescence to create a pale ale worthy of this Niagara icon. Bright tropical hop aromas rise from the glass, supported by a solid malt backbone that creates a beer that's both bold and refined. Big on flavour yet smooth and approachable, it's the kind of pint that keeps you coming back for another.

History is meant to be remembered... we think it's best with a fresh pint in hand. 🍻

In Drummond Hill Cemetery is where you'll find the Copper Beech tree this beer is named after. Planted on the 100th anniversary of the Battle of Lundy's Lane, it honours those who fell on July 25th, 1814. It stands as a symbol of Niagara's enduring commitment to freedom.

This malt-forward red ale has notes of toffee, biscuit, and caramelized malt that are balanced by the subtle English hops to give it a gently roasted, dry finish. Smooth, complex, and incredibly drinkable - it's a beer that rewards every sip.
