As Michelle from Eccentric Ménagerie would say....."Have you ever heard of salted herbs?" Ever since she introduced them to me I've been using them on my steaks religiously. Today, they went on our grilled lamb chops. OMG! So absolutely tender and amazing! Once you try them you won't know how you lived without them!

Go see her at the St Catharines Farmers Market this Saturday. She's there every other weekend. You will never regret that purchase!

So I finally had a chance to make something yummy with the Sweet Lady Pim pimentos from .menagerie. It's amazing what mouth watering magic can be created with the right combination of ingredients!

In this case, I baked lightly seasoned chicken breasts, melted some Gouda on them and topped with Sweet Lady Pims and fresh avocado slices. All that deliciousness on a Kaiser lightly toasted using garlic mayo with a touch of her extremely versatile salted herb Marinade. Like eating at a restaurant only at home in your jammies!🤣
