We are getting ready to go to the Market Square as we do every Saturday.
We will have delicious tamales, guajolota,tacos and quesadillas, tres leches cake 🍰, agua fresca hibiscus flower and rice/horchata.

Making Catrinas with corn husk 😊 Painting them is a challenge 😅

I learned how to make tamales with my grandma Abuelita Carolina and my aunt Josefina, it was so nice to cook together and all the memories from my childhood come back, every time I make them.

Tomorrow seems to be a Smoky day and checking out the forecast looks like there's a possibility for a window at some point at noon with better air quality but the smoke will come back.
