Well hello there my friends, to whomever might still be here, I say thank you, or you forgot to unfollow. 😉

It has been a long road, 2.5 years, however my house has been rebuilt and we a settling in nicely.

Before thinking of doing sauces again I thought it would be prudent to gauge interest.

If there is to be another go around it will look very different for me, it will be a hobby only, no markets or festivals. Make a batch here and there. I won’t be producing everything in the old line up, (at least not the labour intensive ones) most likely start with BBQ sauces.

So who’s up for some BBQ sauces, and of the 3, which one would you want first, Original, Chipotle, Southern?

Update on chef44. I’ll try to keep it short.

Well we’re coming up on a year since our house burned down in May of 2022. The food trailer had to be sold since losing the majority of the equipment in the fire and a kitchen to cook everything in.

We have been in a rental home that is not set up for cooking commercially, which is why I could not continue. We hope to be in our home by Jan/Feb of 2024. 🤞

If, and its a big if I get back to the sauces it wouldn’t be tll spring 2024. If I do it will look very different than the last go around. It might look closer to being a hobby at most. Make a sauce here and there, post it, people order and come pick it up. That is If anyone is still interested by then. Lol.

So from now until then If you see any posts for food, it’s just me having fun and stretching that creative muscle and sharing my love of food.
