The words "FREE DELIVERY" gets tossed around and people feel that means its less expensive.
We do NOT do what so many online services do:
#1. We do NOT markup food prices. Many online services do not give in store pricing, especially in store promotions.
#2. We do NOT have contracts. You are not locked in with us. When you need our service, simply call.
#3. We do NOT have a sign up fee or hidden fees.
#4. We do NOT put auto-tips on the total. That should be up to the customer.
#5. We do NOT use an app for ordering. ALL our orders are over the phone with a REAL person. No pressing numbers to get to a menu. We talk through your order. We ask pertinent questions. You get a real person.
HERE IS OUR EXTRAS:
#1. We HELP put groceries away. So many of our customers need that added help. We want to help them stay independent as long as we can.
#2. For many customers, we open difficult items. This allows for more choices.
#4. We actually call from the store if there are any issues. We are incredibly picky. If we won't buy it for our table, why should we buy it for yours? We will call and discuss it with you! Maybe there is a substitute.
#5. We check expiry dates. We do it for us...therefore we do it for you!
#6. You get the same people bringing your groceries each time. We get to know you and vice versa. We put the PERSONAL in personal shopping.
#7. We will help work within your budget. We realize that some are on fixed incomes and do not have access to flyers or online. So we will do our very best to meet the needs within the budget.
#8. We do little extras....where we can, we have helped our customers with things like mailing a letter, changing a bulb, tossing garbage in the bin at apartments, etc....
#9. We will work with P.O.A. to ensure smooth transactions and to ensure the customer does not get "ripped off".
#10. For several of our customers, we double up as a wellness check for loved ones not in the area.
