The Chardonnay is a little bit behind this year. A Chardon-delay, if you will.

It’s starting to turn from green to gold, which means the ripening is moving in directions we can read a little more clearly.

Ten years in the bottle, and this is still one of the best glasses in the building.

This is the Incivility 2016 Pinot Noir, part of a slow decade long experiment to see what Niagara Pinot Noir can really do with extended bottle age. Hot, dry vintages with small, thick skinned berries are the ones built for this.

110 bottles left in the library. Come taste it with us.
